Restorative Care
What We Do

When fillings comprise a large percentage of your tooth surface, the dentist will determine whether to place a crown or an onlay.

Dental crowns are the treatment of choice for teeth that have had root canals, large cracks and teeth with extremely large fillings.

All porcelain crowns can be made in the office while the patient waits, by utilizing CEREC CAD/CAM technology. This means that you are able to have your crown completed in just one visit!  No need for a temporary crown and no need for a second appointment.

Porcelain onlays can be made in the office while the patient waits and is the treatment of choice for teeth with moderate sized fillings. The onlays are more durable and wear better than tooth colored (composite) fillings.
